Planet SARK

I love Sark!! I discovered Sark years ago when I was in a very dark place. Her words and wishes helped me get through a horrifically traumatic experience. Sometimes I forget that she is out there, spreading joy...making the universe a little bit more livable. I found her again today and within 15 seconds on her site she once again touched my spirit and elevated my soul. I am reminded again that I should be living juicy.

White, white, eggshell, cream, white, blanche, ivory, white, and more white... Seems like all the designs for spring are missing one big thing...COLOR!! That doesn't mean it's all bland of course..a lot of it is very textured - mixing satins, silks, sheers and yes...even (who brought the 80's back?) lame'. (la·mé n.
A brocaded fabric woven with metallic threads, often of gold or silver. - what dictionary.com failed to mention is that lame' is just plain scary....and that's coming from a girl who likes shiny, bright things!!)
Sadly enough even Betsey Johnson went with the washed out look this season.
Good thing I can only afford to shop at The Gap and of course...Old Navy ...where their box of Crayola's are still working just fine.

OMG I'm almost done!!
Sweetest Decline My links page is up and running. I have my site all cleaned up now. YAY!!! All that's left now is my Sims2 page. Before I can create it though I need to take a few days and create some new designs. That was my plan...and then...O.....M.....G...I got this in the mail:

OMG I'm Tired
So I have this new desktop - and it's a gui type thingie with little widgets and stuff. One of the widgets is a To Do List. I've decided that having a To Do List that you can push out of the way or bury under papers is good...having a message on your desktop reminding you of all the things you haven't done is bad. LOL 
That being said, had I not felt guilty for getting nothing done in the last few days, I probably would've spent the day watching Vince Vaughn movies or playing Luxor - Anum Rising. Clearly I didn't do anything fun today except fight with my stupid ass web page. Literally 12+ hours of realizing I was missing half of my graphics...and searching and researching my hard drives for them...then to top it all off..lol...in my worn out state, I deleted ALL the files off my comcast server. Grrrrgrrrrgrrraaaaaaaaaarrrrgh!!!!!!!
If you live in the continental US, you probably heard me yelling. LOL I recovered most but not all...lost a ton of text docs that I kept there for - you guessed it - backup / safety purposes. /sigh LOL But hey..I got my page repubbed... :) It's still only about 2/3's finished but at least I got started. :):) You can find it here! I'm gonna try to have some custom Sim skins up in the next few days. Also, I'm still working on the blog to do widget. :) Hope you had a great weekend. :)
